Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tenet marketing site at tenet.grindworks.ai and the waitlist form. Tenet is a venture of Grindworks Studio, operating out of the United States.

1. Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, reverse-engineer the waitlist form, scrape at rates incompatible with our robots.txt, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — text, data, schemas, images, code — is © 2026 Tenet / Grindworks Studio unless otherwise attributed. You may quote short excerpts (up to 200 words) for editorial or educational purposes with attribution. For larger uses, contact seungdo@grindworks.ai.

3. No Warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Statistics cited in blog posts, /facts, and /resources are drawn from public sources and our own research; we make reasonable efforts at accuracy but do not warrant that every figure remains current. Verify before using figures in contractual or regulatory contexts.

4. Waitlist Expectations

Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to product access at a specific date or a specific price. We will honor the communication cadence described when you signed up. You can unsubscribe from any email by replying with “unsubscribe.”

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenet’s liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to US$100. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at this URL, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
