Privacy Policy

Tenet, a venture of Grindworks Studio (“Tenet,” “we,” or “us”), is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who interacts with our website, waitlist form, and product. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, company name (if provided), employee count (if provided), and role (if provided). We store this information in Supabase, a database hosted in US regions.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-preserving page-view counting (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, IP addresses are truncated before storage). Optionally we run PostHog for product analytics on authenticated product surfaces only — not on this marketing site.

A/B test exposure logs. We log which variant of a page a visitor saw in Supabase, keyed by a random first-party cookie. No cross-site data, no third-party trackers.

2. How We Use Information

• To send you the waitlist confirmation, onboarding emails, and — with your consent — occasional product updates.
• To improve the site (A/B test, content optimization).
• To respond to inquiries sent to seungdo@grindworks.ai.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and product: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel Analytics (privacy-preserving analytics). Each is contractually bound to process data on our behalf under the terms of their standard data-processing agreements.

4. Your Rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your waitlist record at any time by emailing seungdo@grindworks.ai. If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, or the EU, you have additional rights under CCPA / CPRA / GDPR; those requests are fulfilled on the same channel within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Tenet uses a single first-party cookie to store an A/B test variant bucket. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. If you clear your cookies, you will be re-bucketed on your next visit.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist records are retained as long as the waitlist remains active, plus 6 months after the product generally launches, or until you request deletion. Analytics events are retained for 90 days.
